DH has been behaving very well last couple of weeks. As I predicted, a bit of guidance from my side is doing lots of good! However, this morning he seems off track speaking of "fine Dijon mustard". I geuss he never had the real stuff. As by definition Dijon mustard is NOT fine! Being prepared from the seed core it is hot and sharp. In funny countries, like USA, they have the habit to adapt original recepees to suit their own remarkable tast. In this case they probably spoiled this delecassy with honey or maple syrop.

I suggest DH puts some real Dijon mustard on his d.... and feels how "fine" that is!
